How to stay calm and float on.

Hey! We all get a little stressed sometimes, right? I mean there are days where everything seems to go wrong. You forget your coffee and lunch on the kitchen counter, can’t find your keys, the dog escaped, and all of this right before work. Sheesh.

Take a deep breath. You still have a meeting at 9am and a report due at 11. You’ve got this shizz. Right? Yes, of course you do. You are a queen!

You could let these small mishaps impact your entire day(or maybe week). But no! You know how to breathe. You know how to let two minutes of deep breathing relax your mind and body to get you right back on track to slay that 9am meeting. So go slay your day!

Before you walk into your office building…

Sit. Breathe in. Breathe out. Sort of like the Karate Kid wax on/ wax off scene with a lot less work.

Sit and breathe for 2 minutes and give yourself some positive affirmations while you’re at it.

You are smart.
You are the boss.
You know how to kick ass.
